These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the MyFunnelzPage website and services (“Services”). By submitting a request, purchasing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1) Services Provided
MyFunnelzPage provides digital services such as one-page funnel builds, landing pages, basic design/layout setup, and related implementation assistance (“Deliverables”). Deliverables are provided “as-is” and are based on the information you submit.
2) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your location) to use the Services.
3) Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information (name, email, program username/ID, and any requested assets or links).
- Confirm you have the rights/permission to use any logos, images, videos, text, or brand materials you provide.
- Review deliverables in a timely manner and respond to questions needed to complete the work.
- Use the deliverables in compliance with platform rules (Weebly, autoresponders, affiliate programs, etc.).
4) Pricing & Payment
The service price is $47 one-time with no monthly fees. You will not be billed until after your page is complete and delivered. If you approve the completed deliverable, you agree to pay the stated one-time fee.
5) No Guarantees / Earnings Disclaimer
You understand and agree there are no guarantees of income, results, leads, conversions, or business success. Outcomes depend on many factors including your effort, marketing, niche, offer, traffic sources, and market conditions.
6) Revisions
Reasonable edits may be included depending on the scope of your request. Major changes, additional pages, custom development, copywriting, or advanced integrations may require an additional fee and separate agreement.
7) Third-Party Platforms & Links
Services may involve third-party platforms (Weebly, email tools, affiliate programs, payment processors, etc.). MyFunnelzPage is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, account restrictions, or performance.
8) Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, MyFunnelzPage retains ownership of any internal templates, frameworks, and reusable components. Once paid, you receive a license to use the delivered page/code for your personal/business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of proprietary template components as a standalone product.
9) Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Services or Deliverables for:
- Illegal activity, deceptive marketing, or false claims.
- Spam, harassment, malware, or unauthorized data collection.
- Content that violates platform terms, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.
10) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyFunnelzPage will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Services.
11) Refunds / Cancellations
Because Deliverables are digital and custom-built, refund eligibility depends on the stage of work and what has been delivered. If you have concerns, contact us promptly and we will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue.
12) Privacy
Information you submit (name, email, and optional social links) is used to communicate about your request and to complete your funnel build. We do not sell your personal information. (If you want, we can add a separate Privacy Policy page too.)
13) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
